Automatic Rollover Outreach Program

Inspira's outreach program is designed to make capturing Auto Rollovers easier than ever for our clients. We've created standard marketing collateral to send to plan sponsors, as well as letters and brochures for participants to notify them of their options and encourage them to roll over. All of this comes at no cost to your firm.

Automatic IRA Rollovers

If you're willing to give Inspira access to a list of your plan sponsors clients, we will personally contact all of them and let them know of the availability of our Auto Rollover Program. If you'd prefer to contact your sponsors, we can supply you with the appropriate collateral. Once your sponsors are on board, our program allows them to sign our automatic rollover agreement online using eSignature technology from Sertifi.

For automatic rollover eligible participants, we will send a notification of their options, including their pending rollover date, that encourages them to roll over voluntarily and begin diversifying their IRA. For those that don't respond, we send them a welcome letter which alerts them that the rollover has occurred and what steps they can take to diversify their initial investment.

As a client, your logo or your plan sponsors logo can be added to any and all communications Inspira sends.

Voluntary Rollover IRAs

Plan sponsors do not need to sign an agreement to utilize our voluntary rollover program. We provide all marketing materials:

• Marketing to sell your plan sponsors on the idea
• Brochures to market your program to terminated participants
• Letters that clearly outline the participant's options

As with the Auto Rollover materials, our clients get final approval on anything we send, and your logo or the sponsor's logo can be added.

If you have a standardized distribution form, we can include that in our communication with participants, as well as a link to your online distribution center.

Terminated Plans

The outreach procedure for participants in a plan termination encompasses aspects of both our voluntary and automatic rollover outreach programs. The main difference is in the collateral. The notifications and welcome letters are simply adjusted to include language that applies to a plan termination.

As with our other outreach, your firm has final approval and all collateral can be customized with your logo or the plan sponsor's logo. We will include the distribution information in the mailing as well.
