Inspira adds Benjamin Keen to its staff

Pittsburgh, PA – July 28, 2011 – Inspira has added Ben Keen to its staff. Keen, who has more than 14 years of sales and operations experience in the financial services industry, has been tagged as the Inspira's Director of Business Development.

Keen's main focus at Inspira will be maintaining and improving the company's existing relationships. Keen's presence gives clients a direct contact for any questions, concerns or ideas they may have for their IRA program.

"Ben gives us an experienced asset who has had his hand in just about every aspect of the financial services industry," said Inspira President Lowell Smith Jr. "And not just financial services in general, but specifically in the IRA rollover space."

Keen has also created a comprehensive outreach program designed to increase Inspira’s rollover capture rate. The program, which includes outreach to both plan sponsors and participants, will lessen the workload needed for Inspira’s clients to take advantage of their services.

“I’m excited to be here,” said Keen. “Inspira is on the verge, and I really think my skill set and experience can help take it to that next level.”

Keen most recently worked for The Keane Organization, which specializes in risk management, compliance, communications and outreach programs for retirement plans.

Prior to that, Keen spent more than four years at RolloverSystems, LLC, where he initially built the company's call center operation. He eventually moved to the position of Regional Sales Director in the North East.

Keen has also worked at The Newport Group and The Vanguard Group, and is a graduate of Clarion University in Clarion, PA.
